I looked on Auto Trader and saw a couple of Certified Pre-Owned vehicles I was interested in, so I made an appt at World Ford. In previous car buying experiences, I had been shown things like the "lighted makeup mirror" because I am a female, or I've had a salesman try to force feed me what he though I wanted/needed. What a pleasant, refreshing change it was to deal with Keith Rodgers at World Ford! He was absolutely wonderful; very low key, helpful and informative. I test drove the two vehicles I had been interested in, made my choice and we were done the same evening. Thank you so much, Keith, for making this a pleasant experience rather than a dreaded chore! Also, thanks to "Gator" in finance who helped move the car buying process along smoothly!
