This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealer. I was staying in Pensacola for a period over the winter and my F250 was showing a check engine light. I made an appointment and brought it in dealer. I was staying in Pensacola for a period over the winter and my F250 was showing a check engine light. I made an appointment and brought it into the dealer at the date and time of the appointment. I was told that it would be at least two weeks before they worked on the truck. I asked to make an appointment for two weeks in the future and they said they had to have the truck at the dealership to hold its place in line For the service work. Because that was the only vehicle I had with me I wound up having to rent a car for three weeks. After I was finally able to pick my truck up, the check engine light came back on within 20 miles. I then had to bring the truck in again the next day for them to do a relearning program with it. All in all it was an absolutely terrible experience at World Ford. More
World Ford does a fairly good job with routine maintenance. Item that need tech diagnosis can take several days to diagnose and even more to make repairs. Ellen the service representative was very nice and helpful. My only problem is with payment system for World Ford. Frustrating that I could not pay with a check or make a payment online so I could pay helpful. My only problem is with payment system for World Ford. Frustrating that I could not pay with a check or make a payment online so I could pay directly from my checking account without using a credit or debit card. My debit card had a $5000 limit that I could not change. All that was needed was an online payment system. More
