When we arrived we were ushered in and made to feel welcome. We were taken on a test drive and was asked by Jim what it would take to get me in the vehicle. I told him to make me an offer I couldn't refuse and that's exactly what he did. I left my husband at home so the next day we returned so he could sign the papers. (Even though it was Jims day off.) The papers were signed the car was cleaned and we were given an overall review of all the features. We were on our way home with a handshake and a smile.
