Brought a work van in for a repair on the water pump and the non functional reversing up alarm. Was notified that repairs were completed, but when I showed up and read the service notes, they indicated that the non functional reversing up alarm. Was notified that repairs were completed, but when I showed up and read the service notes, they indicated that the tech couldn't find an error code for the alarm and said it was functional. I told the service advisor that if you can't hear the alarm if the van in reverse, then it's not working. Advisor shrugged and walked away to retrieve the van. Once he brought it around, he backed the van in front of the dealership and stepped out. I told him again that the reverse alarm is not working and he just smiled and shrugged his shoulders again and walked away. Also the dealership did a tire rotation service but didn't reset the PSI for the tires manufacturers specs (52 front / 75 rear) which cause the TPMS alarms to go off, once i notified my manager of the all the issues me instructed me to take the van to a different service provider to correct the issues. Due the the van being leased through a third party, I notified them that this dealership didnt repair the issues and ignored my complaints about not servicing the reverse alarm correctly and causing additional repair costs to fix the TPMS issues. They will opening an investigation on their end. More

I called to make an appointment with Ricco. He wasn’t who I was expecting apparently the Ricco who I had del with was no longer there but this Ricco was awesome!!!
