The service included recall work, 20C19—Rear View and Loose Stripped Chassis Camera—Improper Function FMVSS, and an overall vehicle inspection. Once again the employees at World Ford provided outstanding service and support. Charles is an outstanding example of the quality of the staff at World Ford. If you want quality support and service then the staff and employees at World Ford are the people to service your vehicle. We have been going there for years and will not go anywhere else for Ford service. This is a Top Quality Service Center! By the way, this is our 2nd Ford Expedition. We decided we wanted a new car and gave our other Expedition to our son. It is still going strong even with around 200,000 miles on it. This one was also maintained by World Ford. The darn thing looks and runs like a new vehicle. We do miss it now and then but the new one is even better. More

We were given a 9:30 AM appointment and got into a service desk about 10AM. Brandon was great and got us the answers we needed. The Edge seems to be running great!
