Worst service experience ever. Opted for the valet service which I was initially thankful they had. Guy that came and picked up my car clearly didn’t know how to drive manual as it took him 5 minutes to get backed out of my driveway. As soon as I opened my front door to tell him to forget it he finally got going. I called the dealership to express my concern and stated that I didn’t want him driving my car back. I was told they would find a different driver. I communicated at least 4 different times (1 at scheduling and the other 3 during multiple conversations the day of service) that my car was to be returned to me at my work (not home) by 5 pm because I had somewhere to be at 6pm. They assured me they knew and even said they had the correct address. 5 o’clock comes around and no car. I get a text saying my vehicle is in route so now I’ll be late to my obligation. 20 min later I get a notification that my car has arrived but my car hadn’t arrived to my work. They took it back to my house, allowing the same driver who I said I didn’t want driving it back to return my car. My husband tried telling him that he was supposed to return it my work. The driver acknowledged my husband talking to him and just chose to walk away. The driver also left my car key in plain sight in my cup holder inviting anyone to steal it. I had to wait and additional 20 min for an Uber and didn’t even get home til 6 and missed out on my plans that I had. Additionally they failed to tell me until after the service was complete that my prepaid maintenance plan expired a few months ago so I was stuck with an unexpected bill of $220 for an oil change and air filter and they wouldn’t release my car until it was paid. This experience has left me feeling unheard, disrespected, and has completely shattered my trust in this dealership. Lot of negligence was happening. More
Been here twice now for an oil change and tire rotation. My first visit took over 3 hrs. And today, it was 2 hrs 30 min. This is completely unacceptable. And my wife and I had the pleasure of having two great sales managers Mr. Marco Barlow and Mr. Luke Perry. We bought a 2020 F150 Limited and I love it . And I can’t forget Mr. Todd Anderson the finance Manager who finished up the paperwork and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you all for making us feel like family.
