Andreas was a great service representative today; he took the time to look up all my past service work to clarify items I’ve had done and what needs to be done when. I’ve done all my work at this Ford location; he gave recommendations and listened to my concerns; all so I could take care of top priority items and save spark plugs closer to the 100,000 mile mark. Coolant, and oil change today and they replaced my headlight bulb all in 5hrs. Not bad at all. Called me a Lyft ride to and from home to retrieve my F150. Thank you. More
Misdiagnosed an issue which ultimately cost me more money. The service manager actually did help out a bit there and I appreciate that.
