This review is based ONLY on my maintenance service experience… First time using their valet service. I thought it’d be more convenient than sitting and waiting at the dealership. The driver arrived o experience… First time using their valet service. I thought it’d be more convenient than sitting and waiting at the dealership. The driver arrived over an hour late and probably wouldn’t have showed at all had I not called and inquired about it. Later on, out of curiosity, I decided to use my location feature and found my vehicle was at a restaurant in the complete opposite direction of the dealership or my home. I called to speak to the service manager and had to leave a message. He didn’t even have the respect to call me back so he texted me! I explained the issue and he tried to make up a xx story about how the driver got the wrong address. (So I guess he ate lunch) and then FINALLY returned my vehicle an hour after he left the dealership. Just FYI my house is 12-15 minutes from the dealership. Would NOT recommend the valet option to anyone. More
