Called and made an appointment because the windshield wipers quit working on my F250. Was told it would be two weeks before they could look at it. Why would they have me make an appointment then? Was told the control module was bad when they finally had a chance to look at it. Was told it would cost $374 for the parts and an hours worth of labor. So 550 bucks. When I finally got my truck back it was $1159. Not a very good way to do business. More
