Not sure why my tires were not rotated, maybe the gentleman just forgot, nevertheless, it was one of the services needed, so I hope to be expeditiously served, not another 3 hr wait for an oil change for $106.00.

Not sure why you cannot find my name in your data base in order to contact me. I gave that information, not once but twice in detail over the phone the first time and the second time it was given to your service representative ( Bert ) . Wow, for such a high tech service department, with state of the art facilities, you may want to update your computer systems.
