SUV sat at dealer for 3weeks with no one touching it to do a diagnostic. Got "you are next" 3 different days. Can't ever get ahold of anyone to get answers or even an update. Was sent to Hertz rentals to get a loan with them knowing they didnt have a loaner with no time frame of having one in. Took my vehicle to Sansing Ford and had a diagnostic with parts ordered within 24hrs, got the vehicle back with a successful repair in a week. More

We dropped off our 2011 Mustang in the first week of June 2024 and did not have the car returned to us near the end of June 2024. It wa there for a check engine light. Something happened to our service speci 2024 and did not have the car returned to us near the end of June 2024. It wa there for a check engine light. Something happened to our service specialist and the car fell through the cracks of other vehicles in line with ours. It was promised within 10 days and it was closer to 25 days. When we went to find help nobody there, a total of 3 people could follow through to help us. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to actually take the time to figure out what happened. Then it took an additional week once someone took the time to help us to have the car repaired and return. It to us. No apologies, no body gave a rats xxx about it our how we had to literally demand the car returned to us even unrepaired if necessary. Absolutely ridiculous . We love our car but their service center needs an overhaul on customer service and satisfaction. They couldn’t even provide a service sheet on what was done and promised to mail us one. Today is August 23rd and we have not received any record for our service. If we ever buy another Ford we will go to another dealer to do it. Sorry for the bad review but they total earned it. More
