Service dept, Mr. Kevin Jardine is a content professional, who made me very comfortable with my first service on my 2024 F250 diesel. He walked me through everything, talk to me about what he was doing, and let me know exactly what I needed to know. I would work with him tenfold, and he honestly deserves a raise for how he takes care of customers. The diesel department is lacking as it takes two weeks, in which I would have to leave my primary vehicle there, just to get in with a technician. This is unacceptable to a Ford vehicle purchaser. We deserve timely service, and have our expectations met. There’s no way a working class person can leave a vehicle for up to two weeks as they are two weeks behind, just to get their vehicle looked at. Fix your diesel service. More

Miranda did a great job, but the only thing I did not like was having to leave my truck for over two weeks to get diagnosed. This means I had to pay over $700 out of pocket for a rental. Our WORST nightmare is car shopping. We narrowed down our choices between a Highlander or Explorer. Our salesman, Dalton, was a major factor in our decision. After explaining our needs (and we had many) he shopped your inventory and found what he felt was our perfect choice. He toured the car via facetime and we bought it with his recommendation, sight unseen. We are thrilled with our purchase and the low pressure, facts stated, options .considered, approach. Our final decision on our purchase is basically credited to Daltons professionalism and honesty. We drove 12 hours round trip and would do it again knowing Dalton was "watching out for us". He is an honest, fine, young man and we highly recommend him to future Ford customers. More
