Our WORST nightmare is car shopping. We narrowed down our choices between a Highlander or Explorer. Our salesman, Dalton, was a major factor in our decision. He toured the car via facetime and we bought it with his recommendation, sight unseen. We are thrilled with our purchase and the low pressure, facts stated, options .considered, approach. Our final decision on our purchase is basically credited to Daltons professionalism and honesty. We drove 12 hours round trip and would do it again knowing Dalton was "watching out for us". He is an honest, fine, young man and we highly recommend him to future Ford customers. More
