Horrible experience with this Dealer. Everything seem to be going good we agreed on the price of the vehicle and I wanted to put $1000 down at that moment. The salesperson. It’s Brayden, told me that he would send me a link and not to give it to him over the phone. My credit card that is. So I waited half a day never got the link. In the meantime, I was looking for airline tickets to Florida for I live in another state. When I was about to buy a ticket, I got a text from Brandon telling me they sold the car to another person sorry. When I express my disappointment, he tried to make it my fault by saying they have a policy if I don’t have a plane ticket and proof that I’m buying it that they could sell it to someone else. I don’t know what their internal policies are but what got me mad is that he tried to make it sound like it was my fault when I offered him $1000 to hold a car for me and he wouldn’t take it. Why did they accept my offer if they intended selling it to someone else did they use me as a pawn to get a better deal to sell the car. I don’t know? But the fact that they try to make it sound like it was my fault that they do shady business was what we really got me mad.. I sent a complaint to his manager never heard from him. I wouldn’t trust this dealership. More
