Took my RV in for possible warranty work on Ford chasis. Mentioned I thought it was heat shield. Had oil changed and asked them to fill tires as well. Upon pick up they said could not find noise and tires were taken care of. I have TPM and they were the same as when I took it; this is the second time. Took RV to RV dealership and within 2 minutes they found noise, heat shield weld. I would not recommend their service. Advisor is nice but it appears there is an issue with integrity with technicians. More

First time at World Ford. If you pull up to one of the service bay doors, and there is no room in front of you the door will remain closed requiring you to park and head in. Upon heading in, not a single person greeted me or asked if I needed any help. No big deal, I’ll just stand here for a while and someone will surely see me and engage me. Nope. Finally had to walk up to a mechanic and ask them who I needed to speak with for my service appointment. Was directed to speak with anyone behind a desk that didn’t have a customer. Finally met with a service advisor and dropped my truck off and left. Truck has 3,800 miles on it and not a blemish. However after they rotated my tires my rims now have scratches and scuffs from their impact drill, which is clearly not covered to prevent damaging rims. Next visit I’ll make sure to let them know I don’t need any help scratching my rims, I can do that myself. Besides that, it was a normal service experience. More
