Brought my 2021 F150 in for the 30k miles service package and paid for the "best" package they offered. I scheduled it in the afternoon to get the 10% discount (which only caps out at $50 but the site doesn' and paid for the "best" package they offered. The package deal came out to be more than expected so I was forced to use my rewards points to make it more affordable. After I paid for the service and started driving home, my check engine light came on and my Ford Pass app got bombarded by multiple faults detected. The vehicle is barely two years old and had no issues what so ever prior to this appointment. I paid for the "best" service and received multiple issues in return. I called the maintenance department the following day hoping I could bring the truck back so they can fix the mess they gave me. Instead they told me the earliest appointment they have isn't until a month and a half out! Hoping Ford makes this right when I bring the vehicle back in for them to fix their mishap, the service package was over $800 and I'm not looking to pay a penny for this follow up visit since this whole issue is their fault to begin with. My car had a recall part and when looked up under my Vin number I was told it didn’t and that I had to bring it in and it was a month out for an appointment. I called ford customer service and they said my number I was told it didn’t and that I had to bring it in and it was a month out for an appointment. I called ford customer service and they said my car fell under the extended warranty and that the diagnostic fee will be reimbursed. I felt unsafe driving my car but finally was able to bring it into World Ford of Pensacola and they agreed of the recall part and the extended warranty. I was offered a rental car for the time being and that Ford was covering it and I was so grateful because it took 3 months to replace the part. After the part was replaced I went to pick up my car and it took 15 minutes because they said it needed a jump start and that it was all fine because it had been sitting for a while….well I asked if it needed a new battery and they didn’t give me a good answer because that obviously meant they didn’t re-test everything after giving it to me. They should of tested my vehicle before giving it back to me and if my battery was bad they should of informed me and I could have paid for that to be fixed there since o’reilys and autozone where I got my battery tested said they couldn’t replace it due to my specific car model. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. They can’t even do a decent job changing the oil since they broke a piece under my car that holds a hose and now that hose is worn out. I do NOT recommend using this ford dealership for anything. More
Dropped my truck off for simple repairs and diagnostics for brake light issues. Quoted outrageous prices for work and tried to upsell work not requested or needed. The service advisor himself told me that “this is not the place to take your vehicle if you’re on a budget”. Take his advice - do. It take your vehicle their for anything. More
My dealings with world ford was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in my life!! I’m not big on leaving bad reviews but this time is way different. Ryan from the service department never once called me to update me in the 12 days my service truck was with world ford of Pensacola. I called multiple times a day and every time I would get Ryan voicemail. I explained in my message to him I needed someone to call me asap because this truck was hurting my business severely. Day after day still no call 12 days later I get the one and only call from world ford to tell me the trucks ready for pickup !! So very upset over my entire experience and I would not recommend world ford to anyone !!! More
