The service department has been so slow backed up for months. Wait time is ridiculous. The people are very good, however their hands are tied with the procedure. Had recalls and made an appointment. It was 4 weeks out and dropped my vehicle off, it sat 3 days and none of the work was done. I picked it up and will look elsewhere to have my service. More

While traveling through Pensacola my F250 broke down on the Interstate, I had my truck and enclosed car trailer towed to World Ford for repairs, they worked me in the quickest they could, Meanwhile I r the Interstate, I had my truck and enclosed car trailer towed to World Ford for repairs, they worked me in the quickest they could, Meanwhile I rented a truck to continue my trip, on my way back from South Florida I picked up my truck. My appointment was a 11am on a Friday, truck didn't get done until Saturday around 215. I called to know the status and they said that I had vehicles in front of me on Saturday eventhough I actually had an done until Saturday around 215. I called to know the status and they said that I had vehicles in front of me on Saturday eventhough I actually had an appointment for Friday at 11am. This was strictly recalls. I asked them to check my rear window due to leaking on Friday, they said it won't get done until maybe Wednesday. What a xxxxing joke. Don't over schedule and if you do, it's not the customer's fault. More

Service department is ridiculous, hardly any updates about my vehicle that’s being worked on. Offered a ride for customers then later there’s no driver to pick up customer. Very very frustrating. Ryan at service department careless for me needing my vehicle, even after letting him know that that was my only transportation. I am very very upset with their service. More
