The service department has been so slow backed up for months. Wait time is ridiculous. The people are very good, however their hands are tied with the procedure. Had recalls and made an appointment. My appointment was a 11am on a Friday, truck didn't get done until Saturday around 215. I called to know the status and they said that I had vehicles in front of me on Saturday eventhough I actually had an done until Saturday around 215. I asked them to check my rear window due to leaking on Friday, they said it won't get done until maybe Wednesday. What a xxxxing joke. Service department is ridiculous, hardly any updates about my vehicle that’s being worked on. Offered a ride for customers then later there’s no driver to pick up customer. Very very frustrating.
