I am shopping for a new or low mileage black luxury suv to replace the current one I have. I scheduled an appointment with them after several text messages with Laura. I get there, fill out paperwork, wait an hour before I am told they don't have one, nor do they have any in stock elsewhere. Sales rep Getzman wanted to sell me a new Palisade which is not a bad vehicle just not what I am looking for and no where near comparable in size. Told I Was Approved Multiple Times, But Wouldn’t Provide the Actual Deal I had a very disappointing experience with World Hyundai Matteson. Multiple members of their sales team told me on more than one o the Actual Deal I had a very disappointing experience with World Hyundai Matteson. Multiple members of their sales team told me on more than one occasion that I was approved and just needed to come into the dealership. I explained repeatedly that I live a considerable distance away and was not going to make the trip without knowing the basic financing terms first. I simply asked for the down payment, APR, loan term, monthly payment, and lender so I could determine whether the deal was affordable before traveling there. They ran my credit through multiple bureaus during the process. Despite repeatedly telling me they could get something done and encouraging me to come in, when I asked for actual numbers on the vehicle I was interested in, I could not get a clear financing offer. My complaint is not that I expected guaranteed financing. I understand that lenders make the final decision and that approval depends on the vehicle and loan terms. My problem is being repeatedly told I was approved and needed to come in, while nobody would provide the numbers supporting that statement. If I am approved, show me the approval and the terms. If I am not approved, simply tell me that. I would have respected an honest answer. Customers should not have to drive a significant distance based solely on verbal assurances of approval without being told what the actual financing terms are. More

Had an appointment at 6:15 through a call from a guy named Ashton that was from loan department. So my son I paid $ to Uber to the place from Hammond Indiana because I was told I was guaranteed to walk named Ashton that was from loan department. Started paperwork, then was left at a desk with my son for over 30 minutes. While several employees were outside playing catch with a ball or hacky sack. Finally I caught some coming inside and asked for Getzman the guy I was scheduled to see at 6:15. When he came he asked my name and went to the back and returned only to tell me the bank was closed.... And can I come back on Monday. I proceeded to tell him that we ubered there and was told I was approved and that this was crazy. At this time it was 7:40. Did not say sorry for your guys' inconvenience or anything. He just said what do you want me to do. I said nothing and will take my business elsewhere. Wasted mine and my son's time. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Good,bad, or no credit. More
