I bought a used 2017 Hyundai Sonata 2 years ago, and the engine failed on me. I took the vehicle to a mechanic and they informed me the engine was bad and I would need to get it replaced. But due to the mil engine failed on me. I took the vehicle to a mechanic and they informed me the engine was bad and I would need to get it replaced. But due to the milage the car it is still under warranty with the dealership. So when I took the car to the dealership they told me my car was fine and released it to me. A few days later the car kept jerking while on the highway with MY SON in the car. I could no longer drive the my car to work or anywhere. I called the service department again and the said my car is now out of warranty. My other post World Hyundai replied my car wasn't under warranty because of the milage but that was a LIE. I have proof it was and they confirmed it at that time. I have multiple family members that can confirm this entire situation and they will also voice our side of this situation. I'm making this long review because before you all go shopping for a car you need to be aware of the business practices going on at this dealership. I lost a lot, and I don't want to see anyone else going through the same. More

Worst experience in a dealership we’ve ever had. They priced my trade in so much below market. While my car was worth 10,500$ based on FACTS with the car being in excellent condition and no problems They priced my trade in so much below market. While my car was worth 10,500$ based on FACTS with the car being in excellent condition and no problems with the car at all. on the appraisals I’ve gotten; the lowest I had was 10,000$, they said your car is worth 8000$ which is completely NOT based on the facts and is totally off the market. This gives me an impression that they do not care about customers but they only care about how much they are making over by underpricing the customers trade ins. Wasted our time and gas that we spent to drive all the way to their dealership seeking a good deal but found out that they were playing tricks. Very Sad!!! More
