*PLEASE BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS WITH PEOPLE'S TIME* So I have been looking for a particular vehicle for a couple of months now. I understand that there is a high demand for vehicles now. But t TIME* So I have been looking for a particular vehicle for a couple of months now. I understand that there is a high demand for vehicles now. But the way I was treated at this dealership is beyond unacceptable. I began the day texting a representative at around 11 am, she instructed me that the car I wanted was there and they told me they were not going above MSRP like the other dealerships. So I was immediately interested. There was a two-hour delay in her response back to me at that point so the conversation started back at 130pm. I told her I was interested and wanted to come and pick the car up at 2:15 pm. I asked her TWICE did they have the vehicle and was it being looked at. She told me both times no. I was connected to a gentleman named Matt and he also told me the car was there and not being looked at and what time to show up which was 2:30 pm. So I made my way there and pulled up, once I did I saw the car I wanted with BRAND NEW LICENSE PLATES on it and a family taking pictures. I made my way into the dealership (at 2:26 pm) and told someone at the front desk I had an appointment with Matt at 2:30 pm. I was told to wait and someone would page him. I sat for an hour before calling the sales rep again and telling her I am here. She says go back in and tell them to page Matt again so I did. He finally shows up and tells me I will have to wait. I finally get a different salesperson to set me up. I told him the vehicle I was looking for and he instructs me that the vehicle just sold a couple of minutes ago. I finally stormed out at 3:30 PM. Now I understand that everyone at the dealership is busy and had things going on but so do your customers. I should have been told that the vehicle was being looked at and saved hours waiting for something that wasn't there at the time. *THIS WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL* More
