Poor service. They gave us the new car with no gas, dirty window, sticker not taken off. I purchased a car from them in early June 2021 drove not even 6 miles and it overheated so i bought it back and they tried to switch me in another vehicle but couldn’t do it so i was given my down payment b even 6 miles and it overheated so i bought it back and they tried to switch me in another vehicle but couldn’t do it so i was given my down payment back and i wrote a bad review and someone called and pleaded with me to change it and if so I would receive a gas card in the mail but never did. Worst customer service ever! Nobody reaches out to you. “Managers” don’t even try. I purchased a vehicle and parts were falling apart two days later, interior and exterior, had to replace a tire $218 (be “Managers” don’t even try. A whole week and going, no one contacts you for any updates, no courtesy call or text. Still waiting on someone to contact me so I can pick up the car that I’m paying for and still can’t drive. Will never recommend this place to family or friends. I’m hoping after all this time the car is in safe condition for me to drive. So after picking the car 6/29 Almost a month after purchasing the car I spent $30,000 and my saving on a big chunk of down payment. I was hoping al this would be fixed. Only to see the lazy job they did on fixing the front bumper. Literally fixing one side and damaging the other and not only that. Now I have a washer fluid leakage that of course they don’t want to fix or even call me back about. Manager Will will not answer calls or texts and literally just hung up on my call. I put 5000 down for a car. It appears to be a decent car I was told that everything was good including the brakes. No more than two weeks after receiving the car I was told I need a front and back brakes an I was told that everything was good including the brakes. I visited today after being led in under false pretenses by an associate by the name of Rachel. When I got there I was paired with Tyrone. Tyrone was very disrespectful telling me that if I got my credit sc by an associate by the name of Rachel. When I got there I was paired with Tyrone. Tyrone was very disrespectful telling me that if I got my credit score up maybe I could afford to live in Matteson. Who says that to someone? As if he knows what my home looks like. He then brought me a car that was 200 over what I told him my budget was. He then got upset that I would not purchase the vehicle telling me it’s not my forever car. If it’s not my forever car why would I want to pay over my budget for it? Especially since the seats were stained and when I asked about detailing them I didn’t get an answer. He brought out a manager who tried to convince me to buy the car and I refused and he became frustrated as well. If I come in with a budget and was told over the phone and in person that they could accommodate why are they trying to force me into something I don’t want? Very bad service. Very bad attitudes More
World Hyundai sucks they have been calling me everytime I'm coming to get an oil change or when I get work done saying I can trade in my car. Why do they keep calling me and saying that same xxxxxxxx. I told the guy today you keep putting hard inquires on my credit. He said I got you one minute, he never came back and said nothing wow they are full of xxxx I will never get another car ever from them. And stop xxxxing calling me. More
