When I got there it seemed as if no one wanted to help me. They didn’t going to detail about my Options and it was like they were just pushing me out the door . I felt like it was because I was a female and I was by self with my daughter. The salesman I was suppose to have Edwin was not even my salesman when I got there, the guy who did help me seemed uninterested they just gave me a quick over look and sent me on my way. No options no talking, it was like the felt like I was a waste of time. The crazy part is the car I got I brought from them. They made me feel unwanted and like my business wasn’t needed. I feel like it was because I’m a woman and I was alone and I look kinda young they felt as if they didn’t have to waste there time really giving me the customer service I deserved. WORLD HYUNDAI ARE LIARS I was told via texted that a deal on a lease was going to be made right down to the dollar amount if I would take a ride there. I question several times if it was going to happen and was told for sure. I asked them to be honest with me because I live very far away. When I went to the dealer, after sitting there for over 2 hours, and being told via texted that the deal would happen, I was told by the man who runs the numbers that it in fact this lease deal can not be done and I could not afford that car. I had two people lie to me before I even stepped into World Hyundai. I will never step foot into this dealership again. The only thing my sales person said was well I guess I gave you the wrong information via texted. I would tell you now to not trust this dealership. World Hyundai does not even deserve 1 star. BEWARE More

Very unprofessional, will never go back I brought my 2014 Hyundai Elantra in for a recall and had them also check on a ticking noise that had just started days before. It turns out there was I brought my 2014 Hyundai Elantra in for a recall and had them also check on a ticking noise that had just started days before. It turns out there was a bad lifter in the engine which required a full engine replacement. They refused to provide me with a loaner until the service was approved by corporate. I was without a car for 4 days. Every time I called to find out what was going on, I could not get an answer. They told me they would call me back in a few minutes, but they never returned my calls at all. I was originally quoted 10 business days for the engine replacement. It has now been over 3 months and I still don't have my car. The staff has been very rude towards me and have been no help at all. I still have no idea what is going on with my car. More
