Disappointed Customer The entire process started off very good but eventually left a dent in my overall experience with World Hyundai.First, it took 8 exhausting hours to The entire process started off very good but eventually left a dent in my overall experience with World Hyundai.First, it took 8 exhausting hours to complete my purchase.Next, The building facility was extremely cold which made this encounter very uncomfortable for the duration of those 8 hours. Next, there was a period of time when I could not locate the salesman who assisting me in my car purchase. The salesman assisting me was involved in so many other activities that I had to ask different staff who were not in the sales department to page him on the intercom. Luckily, I was able to remain patient but I did not appreciate those moments where I felt abandoned by him in the sales process. Thanks to the long standing report with Willie in finance, I was able to remain calm, patient, and did not act on my decision to cancel the idea of getting a new car altogether. After remaining at the dealership for an extensive amount of time my new car was delivered to me dirty. On top of that, my new car was given to me without gas. I was very annoyed at the idea of filling up my own gas tank with the funds provided by the dealership. I have been a customer at World Hyundai Matteson for over 4 years; this by far was my worst experience. More
