In regards to not getting radio and Bluetooth overview, Erik insisted he set up the bluetooth and go over any questions I may have had about the music system, but unfortunately I was on a time crunch and wasn't able to stick around. I have receive a phone call since, from the salesman seeing if I had any questions and how I felt overall of the vehicle I purchase. More

Lies, Lies, Lies Not even addressing the fact that service took much longer than represented, not addressing the fact that promised call backs never came, I will addre Not even addressing the fact that service took much longer than represented, not addressing the fact that promised call backs never came, I will address a couple of service and safety issues that you should be aware of. After reviewing 3 recall issues, I mentioned that my car was idling significantly faster than normal. After discussing the possible causes with the service "advisor" I asked him to have it checked. When I picked up my car, the three warranty problems were listed as corrected, along with a 35 point safety inspection. When asked about the idling issue and establishing that it had never been addressed, they ran around looking into it, only to blame it on the original advisor who was of course, not in. I asked why the "35 Point Safety Inspection" didn't uncover the fact that my car was idling approx. 3 times faster than normal, or that the engine light was on, the Anti-lock brake problem light was on, as well as the Electronic Stability Control light. No answers, just a lot of mumbling. I don't know what these guys are trying to prove with their "safety check", but if you value your safety as well as the credibility of those with whom you trust your car, take it somewhere else. More
