Horrible customer service experience. Bought a brand new (7miles at time of purchase) 2017 Sonata currently 4000+ miles and replaced a tire today. Tire completely shredded from inside , no nail at all. Talked with "Manager" Dawayne and got absolutely no resolution except go talk to finance and see about paying for a third party extra warranty, cost $1000.00 up front or we can attempt to get you approved for financing through an independent company. NO SIR, 1. Any additional warranties third party etc should have been introduced at time of purchase. I asked why wasn't I offered this at time of purchase and "Amazingly" they didnt have this option in July 2016 when vehicle was purchased. 2. Suggested I go to manufacturer of tire to see if they would refund the $123 I paid for a new tire. I have had other Negative Interaction with World Hyundai in the Service Department. Came in for oil change left with oil stains on i side door panel, again no resolution. Had brakes inspected for grinding noise when released brakes. After explaining the issue 7 times too service representative Kenneth, was told its normal and nothing can be done just deal with it. I would not recommend this establishment for anyone seeking good customer service and or fair resolution to any form of issue. I am very disappointed and unhappy with my experience with World Hyundai located in Matteson Auto Mall. A. LESINSKI More
