DEFETIVE, FAULTY VEHICLE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I BOUGHT A 2016 TUCSON THAT RUINED MY CREDIT AND MY LIFE. THE DCT TRANS IS AWFUL. THIS CAR DID WHAT IT WANTED, WHEN IT WA WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I BOUGHT A 2016 TUCSON THAT RUINED MY CREDIT AND MY LIFE. THE DCT TRANS IS AWFUL. THIS CAR DID WHAT IT WANTED, WHEN IT WANTED. IT JERKED, LURCHED, ACCELERATED RAPIDLY, LIGHTS DIMMED, CAR STOPPED AND WOULD NOT MOVE, CAR WOULD NOT GO IN REVERSE. THE EMPLOYEES AT WORLD HYUNDAI JERKED MY CHAIN. THEY COMPLETED A COMPUTER SOFTWARE CLUSTER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT ONLY MADE THINGS WORSE. AT THIS POINT, IT WAS ALL ON HYUNDAI MOTORS. HOWEVER, THE EMPLOYEES AT WORLD HYUNDAI BEGAN TO MISLEAD AND THEN TO IGNORE ME. AFTER THE SOFTWARE CLUSTER DID NOT WORK, THE CAR STOPPED ON ME THE VERY NEXT DAY. I CALLED WORLD HYUNDAI AND WAS TOLD BY MIKE JONES TO COME IN AND RISKED MY LIFE ONLY TO BE IGNORED ONCE I GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP. I PURCHASED THIS CAR IN DECEMBER, 2015 AND WENT ALMOST A WHOLE YEAR IN PERFECT AGONY, ATTEMPTING TO GET WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR, A FUNCTIONING VEHICLE. IT NEVER HAPPENED. I FINALLY RELINQUISHED THIS VEHICLE BECAUSE I COULD NOT TAKE IT ANY MORE. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, MY MOTHER WAS TERMINALLY ILL SO I DID NOT HAVE THE TIME TO DEVOTE TO GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS CONCERNING THE LEMON LAW. I HAD BEEN TO THE DEALERSHIP ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO NO AVAIL. MY MOTHER'S CONDITION WORSEN AND I JUST STOPPED, EVEN AFTER A RECALL WAS ISSUED. THE RECALL IS VERY SIMILAR TO THE ORIGINAL "FIX" SO I DID NOT THINK IT WAS GOING TO WORK, EVEN IF I HAD THE TIME TO DEVOTE TO GOING BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP. MY MOTHER EVENTUALLY PASSED AWAY AND THE VEHICLE WAS REPOSSESSED SHORTLY AFTER HER DEATH. I HAVE RUINED MY CREDIT BECAUSE I JUST DID NOT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO. I DO BELIEVE THAT BOTH WORLD HYUNDAI AND HYUNDAI MOTORS KNEW THAT THIS CAR WAS DEFECTIVE WHEN THEY SOLD IT TO ME. THEY THEN USED STALLING TACTICS AND SIMPLY WOULD NOT RESPOND TO MY INQUIRIES. I WAS LIED TO AND TREATED MOST UNFAIRLY BY BOTH WORLD HYUNDAI AND HYUNDAI MOTORS. More

They can sell but they can't service. Sure, i got good deals on a few cars here. However good luck getting something as simple as an oil change there. Typically you have to make an appointment on average a week in advance. And if you miss it, guess what, yep wait another week. I don't know about you, jiffy lube, or a similar service place can have you in and out in 25 minutes. My life don't revolve around my oil changes ...and the free car wash they give you, ha...they just get your car wet, they don't wash it. I will not buy another car there based upon the service department, or should i say the lack of a service department. More

He and others saw the car that my husband bought from World Hyundai, so he and other are in the process of changing their vehicles for Hyundais, there are 44 churches in Illinois, with 2/3 of the churches are in Lake and Will County. I expect many families will be visiting World Hyundai in search for a new vehicle. More
