Need retraining on TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I didn't like that when i called to inquire about concerns with my make&model to the sales department that RAUL completely ignored my concerns. I called twice and BOTH TIMES he told me that a manager would return my call. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL, it wasn't until I PHYSICALLY WENT BACK UP TO THE DEALERSHIP in sincere discuss THAT I finally Got to speak to a manager and ONLY After Raul tried to question me on my car and what i brought! Terrible and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! More
