No thanks Joe. The experience was disgusting. Warnock acted like a mentally unstable child throwing a tantrum because I had valid questions about the extended warranty he was pushing. He said I was wasting his time and that I had already wasted 1.5 hours of it. I was in his office no more than 20 mins. He was rude, called me stupid and was throwing papers and slamming things down on his desk. I would have walked out but I had already given you my car and my checks were sitting on his desk, I still had to actually sign paperwork in order to take my new car home. It was a horrible experience. Is this the way you allow your customers to be treated? It’s inexcusable. I’ll be dealing with All American Subaru from now on. I purchased a 7 year extended warranty from them and their Finance Manager couldn’t have been more professional and welcoming. By the way, individuals at dealerships in the area know of Warnock and told me they were sorry that I had to deal with him.

Mind you, no fewer than 2 unrelated local dealerships as well as several employees within your organization have clearly made statements that Mike’s unprofessional and aggressive behavior continues to cause them concern.
