As with our first lease, Girsh Berman was extremely helpful with all the necessary details related to the return of the old car, and the initiation of the new lease for the new car. Girsh easily took us through all the necessary steps, which made the overall experience quick, efficient, and painless. We had our new car ready to roll the following morning. Upon receipt of our new car, Nicole Sciamarelli spent some quality time with us to go over all the bells and whistles associated with the 2021 Model, including the Starlink features and the overall operation and functionality of all operator dashboard controls , icons, gages, and switches, She also made herself available for follow-up questions that may arise as we get into initial operation of our new vehicle.
