I had a fantastic experience at World Subaru. Travis Foster made it extremely easy for me as a working mom with limited child care to do plenty of legwork before I even got into the dealership. I just purchased my third car from Sam Spencer in the last 12 months (2 other family member cars) He is so easy to work with and so accommodating. This is my third Subaru from World Subaru. I love their no stress, no pressure sales. And, their customer service is the best. Rich got me into my new Forester with everything I wanted in it, and for a pri no stress, no pressure sales. And, their customer service is the best. My husband test drove a 2021 Ascent Touring last Friday at World Subaru. We made our decision over the weekend and emailed David Monday morning. I have a 2019 Outback from the same dealership so we were familiar with some stuff. Nicole also showed me the features back then. We love the car and are happy we went with the Ascent Touring. More

This speaks very highly of you and your dedication that the limits you go to in hiring the most professional, competent and courteous personnel to represent you and Subaru. We actually came all the way down from Connecticut to see what World Subaru was all about and now we are so glad we did. We have plenty of Subaru dealers in our neck of the woods, but after talking with one of your sales personnel on the phone, Travis Foster, we just had to make the trip to see if this guy was everything we envisioned. Well Travis was for real and a true gentleman and knowledgeable in all respects. We had made our purchase and were the owners of a beautiful World Subaru Legacy, Our great day at World Subaru was now over, hold on, our great experience was about to get even better. How could this be possible you might ask. Well now we had the distinct pleasure of meeting Tara Lee Mullins, a more pleasant, knowledgeable and competent person you will never meet. Tara took us out to our new Legacy and explained everything about the use of our new Legacy and there was sure a lot to go over. Yet another pleasant experience at World Subaru. So this is the end of our fantastic experience at World Subaru - right? No, there is more to our story. On our ride back to Connecticut we had a slight issue with one of the many safety features that light up on the dash. It was becoming a little more distracting the farther I drove so I told my wife that I was going to pull over and try to resolve it. Not being real familiar with our new vehicle I couldn't seem to resolve the issue. So what do we do now? We called two of World Subaru's dream team, Travis Foster and Tara Lee Mullins. Mind you it was approximately 9:45 PM, and we got them on the phone. Well it wasn't long after talking with them they had us back on the road home. A huge thanks from us to you. Bought my second Forester at World after having my first one serviced there for years. Girsh was easy to work with, without a lot of trying to upsell. After finalizing the purchase, Nicole went over each of one serviced there for years. Girsh was easy to work with, without a lot of trying to upsell.
