We needed a new vehicle and after we visited this dealership we looked no further. We had a great experience with our salesman John Wagstaff, who was totally knowledgeable about the product. He was totally understanding of our COVID concerns and we were able to complete a large part of the new vehicle purchase transaction outside, despite the chilly weather: we sat in our warm car and he ran back and forth into the dealership for the paperwork. Our delivery specialist Nicole did a very nice job of demonstrating how to set up and use the vehicle and STARLINK features. The familiarization she provided us helped overcome the almost intimidating appearance of the multimedia navigation infotainment system, reducing the complexity to that of navigating a smartphone or iPad. We look forward to personalizing the features over the next few days. The finance manager was courteous, efficient, explained our options, and made this end of the sales process totally hassle-free, which is not what one always encounters during an auto purchase. I will certainly encourage others to visit this dealership. More
