Girsh is there from the first visit, throughout the time you have the vehicle and beyond. Michael, the Finance Manager is a real pro, extremely knowledgeable, and makes each transaction understandable and stress free. Purchasing, financing and leasing can be an arduous processes but he makes the process concise and transparent. Tara, Technology Guru, demonstrates the workings of your vehicle. Technology has advanced by light years. My first Subaru 30 years ago had no phone apps for remote start, navigation, etc. She patiently explains everything and makes certain the buyer is able to enjoy all the features. The Service Department exceeds all expectations. They explain everything clearly and even have an express service for simple oil changes. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and well appointed, as is the entire dealership Lastly I noticed that every single employee pleasantly greets customers as they walk in.
