John Wagstaff was my sales associate start to finish, over almost a month, while I went over options, test drove, and obtained Costco Auto quote. Never was I asked to do something I didn't want to do or was it difficult to add and remove options as I wanted. John and World Subaru helped set me up with a 2020 Outback Onyx that's set up exactly how I wanted, with help from Nicole Sciamarelli guiding me through the myriad of new features of the car. Trade in was negotiated to a fair price, and the car with Costco Auto was simple to quote and buy, and World found me my car.
