Michael Colavito of World Subaru literally made the experience a dream come true by securing the vehicle I wanted with the color and core options I was interested in at a truly outstanding price. I worked with a number of dealers on this purchase and Michael was easy to deal with throughout the process. He was very accommodating of me being a teacher and worked around my schedule for calls/emails. He listened to what I was interested and in the closing hours of the purchase he was very cool, low pressure and listened as I was deciding between two vehicles. At the end of the day, he made it simple. While he didn’t have the vehicle I had my heart set on site he asked for the opportunity to secure it – which he did within minutes - and I picked the car up the next day! After meeting him that afternoon, he had Josh Cavalieri complete the purchase process. Michael and his team were fantastic. I would definitely recommend working with Michael and the team at World Subaru if you’re considering a purchase. Josh Cavalieri Josh finalized the sale and purchase of our 2020 Ascent from World Subaru just before Christmas. He was fantastic to work with. Very communicative, explained the paperwork we were signing very clearly, and easily arranged for me to be picked up at the Red Bank train station when the car arrived via a dealer trade. When running through the vehicle during pick up, I noticed the all weather liners that were on the sticker had been replaced by carpet. He hadn’t realized, but said the prior dealership may have replaced them. Josh had the liners sent directly to our house within days! He checked in after we had the car for a week or so. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience closing out the purchase of our new Subaru Ascent. I would definitely recommend working with Josh and the sales team at World Subaru! Nicole Sciamarelli After purchasing a 2020 Ascent from World Subaru Nicole brought me out to our new vehicle and ran through a lesson of all the “bells and whistles” of the new car. Coming out of a 2006 Hyundai Sonata this Ascent was a major leap forward in terms of technology and features. She was incredibly knowledgeable of all the features I would be interested in using right away. She helped with the set up of the vehicle and gave recommendations for what set ups I should complete once we got it home. Another great experience I purchsed a 2020 Subaru Outback at World Subaru two days ago. It is my second Outback in under three years (my last was a 2017 Outback). I wrote glowing reviews about this dealership with the last purchase and my perceptions have not changed. The attitude of the dealership, that was clearly evident from my salesman, Tim Stewart, is nothing but accomodating, stressLESS, and helpful. I have purchased, through a variety of dealerships, over a dozen cars (Mercedez to Cadillacs to Peugeots to VW Passats to Honda Accords). My experiences at World Subaru have been exceptional. Tim Stewart,my salesman, was incredibly accomodating, pleasant, and helpful. It seems nothing was too much for him to do to assist me. And Tara Lee Mullins, the tech specialist who reviewed the car with me, left nothing to my imagination. She was thorough, helpful and both she and Tim could not have been nicer or easier to work with. Both have subsequently reached out to me to see if I was satisfied or needed anything else. My experiences have been so positive that I referred my daughter and son-in-law to World Subaru and they too wound up buying a 2020 Outback. My son-in-law remarked that of all the dealerships he has been to, he has never had such a good experience. Let's face it, buying a car is a tedious process, but World Subaru makes it as palatable and easy as possible. More

MY FIRST CAR PURCHASE!!! Went into World Subaru on Black Friday looking to purchase a new 2020 Subaru Outback Onyx XT in crystal white. I'm currently driving a Honda Civic and Went into World Subaru on Black Friday looking to purchase a new 2020 Subaru Outback Onyx XT in crystal white. I'm currently driving a Honda Civic and looking to upgrade to a bigger family car. Prior to my visit to World Subaru, I made a few other visits to other Subaru dealerships in NY/NJ and left all of them with frustrations that really made me consider other brands. I came into the dealership expecting frustration and leaving without a deal but it was completely different. I was immediately greeted by Jamie Nista who was extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. He immediately found the car I was looking for, went for a test drive and then we went straight into negotiations. Negotiation process was extremely quick as Jamie and World Subaru was really trying to make a deal happen and gave me a great offer for my trade-in as well. I was able to go home with my new car (my first ever car purchase). Thank you Jamie and World Subaru!!! More
