I knew immediately upon stepping into the showroom that this might be a unique experience. I was provided full attention by the Representative named George. He provided all the detailed information about what we expected from a vehicle. The information he did not have readily available he provided in a timely answer. We test drove each model we were considering and experienced no 'time limits' or felt that we were being 'pushed'. The "Finance" manager was courteous and professional. Again, explanations were provided for options without any "push". Nichole was also very informational and courteous while explaining how to operate all the options and electronics as we sat in the vehicle leased. I found the experience very pleasant when I thought back on the prior dealerships I had purchased a vehicle from in the past. More

My salesperson Jamie Nista was wonderful and patient with me and did not bother me at all while i was in the thinking stage and which I mean like some keep calling and calling and turns me right off! He was really good and did not bother me so i called him yesterday and well I bought the car! I felt so comfortable with him - he's a real down to earth guy! After I signed the paperwork then Nicole Scimerelli took me outside to show me the ins and outs how the car operates. She was soo nice - she really was and I appreciate that.
