He took time to search for the vehicle that met all my needs, including the color, and had any extra items added at the dealership. My car was delivered when promised with all paperwork completed. Nicole Sciamarelli, Delivery Coordinator, clearly explained the systems and settings I needed to know to operate the car on the day of purchase, answering additional questions about safety features and electronics since my previous older car did not have these items, and I had previously driven only briefly in vehicles with them.
