Car Buying Experience was Pleasant and Straight-Forward I dealt primarily with Travis Foster who talked knowledgeably about the two products I was interested in the Forester and the Crosstrek. Convinced that the Crosstrek would be the best for my needs but not comfortable with the price, I asked Travis about used vehicles. He helped me locate a very low mileage 2016 in excellent condition and I couldn't be happier. I test drove it on a Friday and came back to Travis to buy it the next Monday. At all times I got courteous and informative answers to my concerns. When questions came up in the paperwork the whole sales/ management team promptly addressed issues and the whole process only took a couple hours. Nicole Sciamarelli , as delivery coordinator, explained the features of the dashboard, etc. and was very good at making me feel confident and "in control" driving off the lot. More
