Couldn't have gone better I could not have felt more comfortable buying a new car from anywhere else. He personally contacted the individual "I" wanted to purchase my insurance from and made sure I was able download everything to my phone (I'm not tech savvy). Nicole Sciamarelli, Delivery Coordinator, took her time going over every aspect of the car that I was unfamiliar with using (and there were many). She was the perfect teacher by not making me feel stupid for asking questions to things that come second nature to her and most young people. She told me that I can stop back at any time if I have any questions whatsoever. I felt at ease with the transaction. I had previously owned a Subaru Tribeca and have always brought it to World Subaru for maintenance and was always treated well. I would highly recommend Girsch and World Subaru. Everyone one there was very easy to deal with and happy to answer any questions I had. Kristen was very thorough in explaining the finance part of the the car purchase. Nicole was great in explaining all the bells and whistles of the car and had a lot of patience with me. I was told to come back any time for any additional questions.I went back and was helped again in setting up the remote stat app on my phone by Tara. All in all a very positive experience. More

No Hassel Excellent Experience I recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Outback 3.6R from World Subaru in Tinton Falls. The entire sales experience was Excellent from start to finish. I worked with Sales Consultant George Notti to find the right vehicle. I test drove the Forester, Subaru Outback 2.5 and the 3.6R on different days. My last car was 16 years old and I did not want to part with it. George is very knowledgeable of the Subaru product line and a pleasure to work with. He encouraged me to test drive all three vehicles to find out which one I would be most comfortable with. We didn’t negotiate price since I was purchasing through Costco. I had never purchased any of our cars through Costco so I was a little apprehensive about it and thought I would have a difficult time. Delivery Coordinator Nicole Sciamarelli showed me all of the numerous features in the Outback and hopefully I will remember them, but she assured me that I can email her with any questions. Great Service Department Jason Burger was great. I called last night when the car wouldn't start AND the manual key couldn't open the door. Knowing that AAA was on the way, J Jason Burger was great. I called last night when the car wouldn't start AND the manual key couldn't open the door. Knowing that AAA was on the way, Jason mentioned that if the car is either towed to World Subaru overnight or driven there in the morning, he would have it look at right away. AAA was able to get the door open with the key and jump start the car. Battery was dead. Battery was covered under warranty. Key tumbler needed lithium grease and works much better now. All for no charge and done in about an hour. More
