Our Delivery Coordinator, Nicole Sciamarelli, patiently went through the millions of features (okay, it only seems like millions), to make sure I understood what the features did and how and when to use them. She was knowledgeable on every question I asked. She didn't rush through it, even though it was near the end of the day. Kristen Inaugurato reviewed all the various additional maintenance and warranty options in a very professional manner, explaining all the benefits without the hard sell tactics I've seen at other dealerships. The price paid was more than fair, and consistent with what I expected based on my research.
