Traded old Subaru for a new one Sam was a tremendous help with getting me in a new car. I had my son with me and was able to leave for a few hours to feed him. I was greeted at the door by Tim Stewart, Sales Consultant, and he immediately made me very comfortable about the decisions I was about to make. Reviewing all of my option, he listened to what I wanted to do, and helped me select a new vehicle within the parameters of what I was willing to do. I actually selected a new Crosstrek that was in the showroom, and he immediately got the ball rolling to get the care prepped. The whole process went extremely smooth, from processing paperwork, insurance transfer, etc. I learned a little about about Tim, and he learned a little about me - which in the customer service field is very important - engaging in great conversation is very important, and Tim nailed it! Nicole Sciamerelli then took me to my new car. Her personality, and professionalism was extraordinary! We went through all the new features that my 2015 Crosstrek did not have, and she invited me back to see her again when I pick-up the plates - which I will do. Nicole was very engaging, and personalized my experience. Finally, easy breezy with Michael Warnock - he got me in and out of the financial paperwork process - it's nice to see that, as this is our 3rd Subaru that Michael us still with Subaru. Overall, I have to say I love Subaru - I am a dedicated Subaru customer, and would only use this dealership - great team of associates!!!! More

We've bought quite a few cars over the years but this is the first time we've had our own trainer and didn't have to look it all up in the owners manual! Josh, our sales person was personable and friendly. He didn't ask us every 2 minutes if we were ready to buy. We were able to test drive a couple of cars and discuss a deal in a business like manner and have a little fun along the way. Never felt we were being pressured or pushed. It was our first visit to this dealership and he made us feel like valued customers right off the bat. Kristen, the finance maven, was great as well. She presented us with all the information we needed to make informed decisions. We left with a beautifully detailed, happy car. Again, it was a pleasure doing business here! Thank you. More

Nancy knows her stuff! Interacted with her twice so far. Today was my second time dealing with Nancy. First time was a safty recall. This time, My wifes 2018 outback, Check engine light went on. I checked in with Nancy. She asked me, among other things, when was the last time you got gas? I said I dont know its my wifes car. She said "come with me" walked with me to the car. She instructed me to open the gas door,and look at the gas cap. She said its not screwed on right? She was correct..:) I got an education about pressurized gas tanks and engine and dashboard lights..Nancy said in 24 to 48 hours the car will know the tank is pressurized and the lights will go out. I believe her :)...The whole thing took under 10 minutes.Never went back inside. Cost was Zero,She refused a tip.. I write this instead.:) :) She is a pro and a real asset for world subaru.. I bought the car from salesman Gersh Berman, An old school salesman and a gentleman. He will sell us our next Subaru, More
