My experience was seamless, easy, and truly gratifying!!! I purchased a new 2019 Subaru Outback today. Over the past ten years, after purchasing a number of Subaru's for myself and family members, I have come I purchased a new 2019 Subaru Outback today. Over the past ten years, after purchasing a number of Subaru's for myself and family members, I have come to know Girsh Berman. When he found out the I frequently traveled to work in his native country of Latvia, we quickly became friends. When I would come for service for my Subaru, I would always stop by his desk and say HI! My daughter just had her second child...and the car she was in was not appropriate for her and her two boys! So I decided to give her my 2013 Subaru Outback. Upon making my decision, I quickly went to Girsh. We talked a bit, worked out a deal...hammered out the details...and completed the deal today. Girsh's honesty, good nature, knowledge, and professionalism is something to admire. I look forward to coming in for service...seeing the always pleasant, more than helpful, and professional Nancy Miller in the service center...and of course saying HI to Girsch. I must also give a "shout out'" to J.R. He was instrumental in my purchase of my 2013 Outback and 2013 Legacy. He too has become a one of my friends at World Subaru. I have come to know these three individuals over the past ten years. Yes, I love my Subaru...and they are the reasons I come back to World Subaru! Prior to leaving Ms. Nicole Sciamarelli, the Delivery Coordinator happily went over all of the inside features of the Outback. She was knowledgeable, informative, and confident in the information she presented to me! She removed all the fear one has when looking at all the cool features...and made them simple and easy to understand! Great place...Great people...Great and fabulous deals!!! They presented to me, my brand new 2019 Subaru Forester Sport with a sign that read "Happy Valentine's Day Diane" and a big pink bow. It was like a scene out of a commercial!! I was beyond surprised. Thanks to Tim S., Mike D., Nicole S., Kristen and a few others, for making this day a very special one. Everyone is so kind, patient and willing. The atmosphere is calm and the customer service is wonderful. The wait time for paperwork, for us, was quick and easy. Everyone went up and beyond to help my husband out in everything that he needed. Best car buying experience ever I had bought a 2019 Outback from a dealer in north Jersey. After a week they told me they couldn't find the car, so I could pay an extra $2000+ for an I had bought a 2019 Outback from a dealer in north Jersey. After a week they told me they couldn't find the car, so I could pay an extra $2000+ for an upgraded model or wait 60-90 days to order the car. Since I already had sold my old car, I was now in a bind. I called World Subaru. I explained my situation to Katelyn Hetrick who promised to help. A few minutes later I spoke to Katelyn's manager, Dennis McWeeney. We had a very honest conversation; i explained what I was promised and Dennis explained why it didn't exist. Then he worked some magic and offered me the upgraded version for pennies away from the car I bought up north. A few days later, Nicole Sciamarelli was explaining the technology, helping me set everything up and away I went. I really could not be happlier! More
