5 years with Subaru I recently traded in my 2013 Subaru Forester because it turned out to be a lemon. I looked into a Honda but returned to Subaru for several reasons. I recently traded in my 2013 Subaru Forester because it turned out to be a lemon. I looked into a Honda but returned to Subaru for several reasons. First:I didn't want a Honda because I didn't like the push button start or being able of open the car door by simply putting my hand on the handle if I had the bob in my pocket. Second: I couldn't possibly (I hope) get two lemons with such a highly rated car. Hopefully the first one was just a fluke. Third: The people in World' Service Dept. were polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. When I had a problem they worked with me to remedy it. Fourth: Josh worked with me to see that the purchase price of my new car was reasonable. Fifth: I had a $1000 credit issued to me by Subaru because of my problems with my first car. Sixth: An added bonus! Subaru provided a Delivery Specialist. Both Nicole and Tara were invaluable in getting me off to a good start in learning the technicalities involved in how to operate all the new innovations since 2013. That fact that I can call anytime if I have a problem is a plus. Lastly - I couldn't possibly give 5 Stars to price; Everyone wants to pay less if they can. However your prices were reasonable. More

Service rip off I went in to have a tire replaced. I left with a $500 bill. The tires are insured and I was not charged. While inspecting my vehicle it appeared that I went in to have a tire replaced. I left with a $500 bill. The tires are insured and I was not charged. While inspecting my vehicle it appeared that the brakes were low. I was approached about new brakes and fuel injection service. I was quoted at $349 for the brakes, I assumed all 4 since nothing was mentioned about REAR BRAKES ONLY! WITHOUT MY PERMISSION the fuel injection service was performed for $130. I never agreed to this!! I was given a $25 discount because the labor was calculated incorrectly. $25 and a free oil change. At this point, I would never bring my car back for any type of service, please don't tell me you are giving me a $69 coupon for future service! Easy, Honest, Guaranteed, Convenient. No, no, like I will ever find out, and no! I AM NEARLY $500 in the hole for nothing. Bad news travels faster than good, and it starts here. Honest I don't think so! ***After the service manager Lou saw this review he contacted me right away. He refunded the cost of the service I did not request and offered to replace the front brakes free of charge to make up for the misunderstanding. He was polite and professional on the phone and followed up right away on my issue. Thank you Lou! More

The overall buying experience was excellent from tracking down the right car for me - to working with my car insurance agent. Tara helped me figure out all the new technology that came with my 2018 Forester. My previous car was a 2005 !!! Lots of new things to learn. Tara and Travis assured me that there is always assistance available when needed. Kristen got all the paperwork organized and explained it to me clearly. I have never leased a car before so again, much to learn. Can I give them more than 5 stars please ? More
