He knows Subaru and provided clear descriptions of my new Forester's features in particular the "Eyesight" system. We also enjoyed talking cars in general. There was no dealership drama. I had focused on a car on World Subaru's lot, so Travis and I talked financing, trade in and discount on the 18. Again, no drama or games, straightforward. Sales Manager Mike Lomazzo put together an offer sheet that was more than reasonable and matched my expectations. Delivery was handled by Delivery Specialist Nicole Sciamarelli. Nicole, like Travis and Mike, was a pleasure to deal with. She provided clear explanations of features that were new to me. Overall, the easiest buying experience ever. More

Michael was efficient and very helpful. He did a great job of "cutting to the chase" in the face of frustrating computer challenges. This is an excellent dealership with an affable, helpful staff.
