I only dealt with Sam during the negotiation process and didn't have to deal with going back and forth with another manager. Sam is confident and knowledgeable of the inventory and options in the car, I would definitely recommend Sam and this dealership! Once the car was delivered, Nicole Sciamarelli went over all the options and operations and setting up my devices to pair with the car. From my initial conversation with Timothy Stewart the salesman at World Subaru to our car orientation with Nicole Sciamarelli the Delivery Specialist this could not have been a better experience. They both answered all of our many questions very patiently,we never felt pressured by Tim nor anyone else involved in the process. They thought of everything. When we arrived at the dealership the car was waiting for us to test drive. Once we had decided on a price, while we were doing the paperwork,the new car was taken to the car wash. Tim even Reminded us to remove our EZ Pass from our old car and gave us a new adhesive base so that we could attach the pass to our new car.
