A Perfect Place to Get Your Perfect Car Out of all the dealerships I've scouted, I resorted to World Subaru because of the experience I had since the moment I started browsing through their Out of all the dealerships I've scouted, I resorted to World Subaru because of the experience I had since the moment I started browsing through their website. Despite having a few Subaru Dealers around my area, I didn't mind taking a longer drive (~45 mins) to this location because of the curiosity that was built in me in regards to their customer service. I didn't have any convincing experience prior to visiting World Subaru. I was helped by Travis, who was the most convenient person to work with. He was quick to understand what may suit my requirements. We didn't take much time to arrive at a choice I couldn't deny. He did his best to make things work, and I really appreciate the efforts he put to earn my business. He was very considerate and tried to open various avenues to ensure I get what I need. He also followed up with me in a timely manner, which gave me the assurance that they care about their customers. I'd highly recommend World Subaru, and if possible, to see Travis to roll out with the perfect car. More

Sold me a faulty vehicle - poor recertification process World Subaru was helpful in selling me a car from New Jersey that was delivered to me in Michigan. There are more logistics to work with, and I appreciate their resolve to complete the process. However, the car arrived with a defect. The rear tailgate does not open or latch properly. The rear door works when I disconnect the battery and reset the system, but it always breaks again within two days. This has caused me to miss an appointment already due to the battery dying when I didn't know the rear latch hadn't closed completely. I am very frustrated, as this car was supposed to be recertified, and clearly was not. Because I am out of state, I cannot bring it to them to have it fixed. I will now need to spend the money nearby to have a different dealer find the cause of the issue and fix it. I am frustrated that my brand new car came with a defect. I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Further, my salesman keeps texting with me when I ask to speak verbally. I strongly dislike texting and would prefer to have conversations verbally. Todd More

Even after Lester Soto, the nasty salesman refused to answer questions about the car, I still liked it ... So I was there, with my 2 kids , checkbook in hand... fully ready to buy this car.. they simply did NOT want to sell me that car on that day... This was after the internet person encouraged me to come in on " end of the month sales time" for a fantastic deal.. yeah LIST PRICE !! I was treated as if I was an afterthought, they despise internet buyers and refused to discount the car even one dollar. I asked for 5 % and they said "No".. no counter, no reaction, no thank you just NO... I walked away annoyed.. 3 days later they reduce the price of the car !!! I am very aggravated, and I will write many more negative reviews so good people stay away from these guys !! The experience was so bad I am now NOT even considering a Subaru, I am buying a Honda..this experience hurt the Subaru brand.. I will never , ever buy a Subaru again ! More
