From the moment I stepped in the door, Dennis made me feel welcome. It was the quickest and most relaxed test driving experiences I've ever had. Dennis knows Subarus and is conversant enough about competitors cars to convince me why Subaru was a superior car. I went back the next day with my wife and she loved the car from the moment she drove it off the lot. Dennis answered all our questions and was very patient with us. Kristen expedited our finance paperwork to get us on the road, and Nicole was very thorough going through setting up some key car features so that our first trip home was safe and pleasant. Poor customer service and experience I was very interested in a chevrolet vehicle that was on the subaru lot. It was early evening when we arrived and we were not greeted very kindly. Sale was rushed, anything I asked for (discounts, add ons, basically anything to make the deal better) was brushed off and no clear answers were given until the transaction was being finalized and I was told nothing could be done for us. I was charged for things without my knowledge and when we left the dealer with the vehicle we were promised a full tank of gas and the vehicle was almost empty. As soon as I turned the car on and realized there was no gas I immediately got out but the dealer doors were locked and our salesman was no where to be found. The sales manager that assisted with our dealer said hello and nothing else. Very disappointed with the customer service and overall experience with world subaru. More

I am a customer for life!!!! I have never in my life had such a great car buying experience! From the second I walked into the dealership until I drove off the lot, I was treated I have never in my life had such a great car buying experience! From the second I walked into the dealership until I drove off the lot, I was treated like I was a celebrity. Lester Soto, went above and beyond to help me get a new car. I went to 5 car dealerships and explored all my options, but none of them came even close to the deal Lester got me. There was no back and forth, "let me talk to my manager! B.S." He was straight up from the beginning. He even went as far as to sit down and crunch numbers with me to see if leasing or financing would be in my best interest. We calculated cost of wear and tare, how much the difference in monthly payments would be, what kind of shape the car would be in at the end of the loan. It wasn't a clear decision for me since I drive so much. You could tell that he truly cared about what was in my best interest. As long as Lester is in the business, I am his customer and no one else's! If you are looking to lease or buy, you are wasting your time if you aren't going to Lester Soto. Nicole and Kristen were also super friendly and professional. THANKS GUYS!!! More

Treated like family! I had been in a lease prior with another dealership, but my mileage was over the 30,000 lease limit. To say the least, I was in a tough spot. My father and I came into this dealership pretty unsure of what to expect, as we had already gone to several other dealers, all with very little success. But Timothy Stewart assured my father and I that we would be taken care of; and that we were! Tim set up a FANTASTIC deal for us, and walked us through the entire process to ensure that all of our needs were met and that we understood everything. You could really tell that we were valued as prospective customers and that he would make sure we walked out as happy Subaru customers. All of our questions/concerns were answered and met with awesome results, and he was able to set me up with a new Subaru Impreza! Once all the paperwork was filled out (which was super quick + easy!), Nicole Sciamarelli helped introduce me to my new car. She carefully went over all the features and showed me all there was to know about the car. Having that additional knowledge prior to driving away was great, so thank you, Nicole!
