Treated like family! I had been in a lease prior with another dealership, but my mileage was over the 30,000 lease limit. To say the least, I was in a tough spot. My father and I came into this dealership pretty unsure of what to expect, as we had already gone to several other dealers, all with very little success. But Timothy Stewart assured my father and I that we would be taken care of; and that we were! Tim set up a FANTASTIC deal for us, and walked us through the entire process to ensure that all of our needs were met and that we understood everything. You could really tell that we were valued as prospective customers and that he would make sure we walked out as happy Subaru customers. All of our questions/concerns were answered and met with awesome results, and he was able to set me up with a new Subaru Impreza! Once all the paperwork was filled out (which was super quick + easy!), Nicole Sciamarelli helped introduce me to my new car. She carefully went over all the features and showed me all there was to know about the car. Having that additional knowledge prior to driving away was great, so thank you, Nicole! I had come into WS to go over the features of my new Forrester. Tara did a great job going over the features of the car and answered the questions that had come up during the few weeks I had been driving the car. If she didn’t know the answer to something, she didn’t hesitate to find out from the relevant department. I showed her where a spot of oil had spilled on the car, and she went around to different employees in the Detail section until she found one who knew what to do to get rid of the spill. A few days later, I texted her regarding some features that weren’t working. She spoke to employees at Service, and they knew to expect me when I came in a few hours later. She has been extremely helpful and professional as I get used to the features in my new car. More
