Even when I test drove a certified 2017, he understood my reluctance and pointed to the advantage of the newer model if that was what I was looking for, again with no pressure. Even his follow up was to make sure I had any questions, or if there was anything else he could help with, not to drive the deal home. Very fair price, trade-in and financing. Nicole assistance helping me understand the various features of the car after taking delivery was a value added customer support option that many dealers do not provide.
