Travis, my salesman was honest, easy to work with and knew his product. This was my fourth Subaru, so I can tell if someone knows the product. We came to an agreement price, trade and loan terms without any tricks, or shell games. The staff was honestly friendly and we even shoot hoops while waiting to finish the deal. When done, Tara helped me set up my phone and showed me the new features that the Impreza Sport offers. She was very helpful and saved me time looking the stuff up on YouTube. I appreciate the service and stress free buying. Nice to walk out without feeling cheated or treated like a mark. I would recommend World to anyone in the area. More

Three hours to fix a tire and a mysterious new nail When getting my oil changed at a local mechanic he noticed a small nail in my tire and said do not worry it can be fixed, just take it to state tire d When getting my oil changed at a local mechanic he noticed a small nail in my tire and said do not worry it can be fixed, just take it to state tire down the road. When I got to state tire they looked at the tire and said it could be fixed but they could not find the key to the locking lug nuts on the rims and i would have to go to the dealer to have them swap them out for regular lug nuts. Even though I have had problems in the past with this dealer service center I called them and they set up an appointment to fix the tire 7;30 am Monday morning. I dropped the car off and after waiting over two hours I went back up to the counter and asked how much longer it would take and i was told that i would need a new tire. I explained that i had two different mechanics look at the tire and tell me that it could be fixed so if they could just please replace the locking lug nuts with standard lug nuts i will take it back to State Tire they can fix it. After waiting another hour they gave me my car back. It seemed that replacing four lug nut should not take that long but i was glad to finally be leaving. Now for the mystery! When I brought the car back to State Tire, they looked at the tire and told me that there was a new nail in the tire. They further stated that the nail was not there the last time they looked and where surprised that the same tire had a new nail in it by driving it to the dealership. We can only speculate on to how the nail found its way into the same tire on a short drive to the dealer. It will remain a mystery bit either way 3 hours is to long for replacing four lug nuts. More

My Honest Feedback:" 5 STARS"!!!!!! Susan A. This is my first Subaru...... and it has been nearly 10 years since I bought a car! I wasn't looking forward to car shopping again......But, a friend This is my first Subaru...... and it has been nearly 10 years since I bought a car! I wasn't looking forward to car shopping again......But, a friend just bought an Outback from World Subaru and told me of the great experience they had there.! I researched the Subaru and found out what a great reputation (and following!) it had! (But...I still wasn't sure.... ) I was lucky enough to have Steve Stigliano approach my husband and I as we looked through the lot. Steve provided me with his card + cell number, but never was pushy;never pressured me: he was very easy to talk to;explained the different models; and let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted. As we sat by his desk, the deal was made effortlessly! And Steve handled the paperwork quickly yet efficiently! If you are looking for a salesman who has these qualities, well then Steve's your guy! 5 STARS FOR STEVE STIGLIANO!!!!! Next, we went to see the Financial Mgr. Kristen Inaugurato. Well, another pleasant experience! She was not pushy, extremely efficient and friendly. She explained the service contract we bought and answered all our questions quickly! 5 STARS FOR KRISTEN INAUGURATO!!!!! It's not over yet....Then we went to see Customer Care Representative Tara Mullins! Did you ever want someone to talk to you about the car you just bought? .....and explain to you all the features your new car has? Well Tara took me out to my new car and sat inside with me... explaining everything! (Such patience!) (Time was not an issue) She set up my Bluetooth, explained the many features my new car had and had me demonstrate to make sure I "got it"! Now it had been a while since I bought a car, but no one ever gave me that support! In the past, it had been "Here's the keys....Good Luck to You!"(I am dating myself because we don't even use "keys" anymore!) Tara handed me her card and yes...I have called her cell for additional info! Again, she was pleasant, knowledgeable and still encouraged me to call back with any questions! 5 STARS FOR TARA MULLINS!!!!! Lastly, I had stopped by World Subaru for paperwork and needed to ask another question about my new car. Nicole Sciamarelli eagerly went out to my car with me and programmed in the information I wanted. Again, she encouraged me to reach out to them with any questions. 5 STARS FOR NICOLE SCIAMARELLI!!!!! In closing, to sum it up: World Subaru made my buying experience pleasant and I got the car I wanted for price I was willing to spend. But it was the employees like Steve,Kristen, Tara and Nicole who really "sealed the deal"! World Subaru should be proud they have employees that are so caring,professional and dedicated! They are the reason I would come back!........Thank You All! More

Kristen helped me pick the best extra warranties to fit my needs and talked me through every step of the financing process. Nicole did a great job of showing me all the features of my new and help me set the clock as well. I am so happy I chose World Subaru and would refer anyone to them. More
