Personalized attention with a customer-oriented philosophy. I purchased my 2017 Subaru Outback this past July 2017. The buying experience was one of the best I have had (and I have purchased over half a dozen cars from Mercedez, to Volkswagens, to Hondas, and Cadillacs). Alli was a great sales person. Subsequently, I brought my car in for routine service and today for a problem that popped up. Alyssa, at the Express Service Counter for my routine service, was just delightful and attentive. She updated me and saw to it that I was in and out quickly. Nina, at the service desk, was fantastic yesterday and today. Driving home, last night, I heard a loud bang and subsequently saw a piece of metal hanging from beneath the car. I called and fortunately Nina answered the call. She had me take a picture of the metal pipe and after consulting with service technicians, told me it was safe to drive and that if I brought it in the next day (today) she would get it taken care of quickly. I drove it in today and Nina couldn't have been more helpful. She kept to her word - getting me in and out in 20 minutes. Further, she and Allysa are so pleasant and customer focused that they couldn't do enough for me. My experiences at World Subaru have been terrific and I recommend the dealership for both sales and service. More
