Today, I returned to the dealership with a new Samsung Android phone and Tara Mullins, (the Customer Care Representative) was available to help me connect my new phone to my car. Her patience was amazing as I needed to go over directions more than once! She was clear and detailed in what options I now had available to me as I have a much better phone than when I purchased the car.
