Routine maintenance /oil change As always, they did a great job. It was so easy to make and change my appointment date. They send helpful reminders via text & email. Dropped it off first thing in the morning, they shuttled me to the office and brought me back when it was done. Rudy is so helpful and gives great guidance on any little issue that pops up. Didn't bring my dog in this time, but they're very happy if she's there waiting with me. More

However, the financial manager was aloof and bordered on being rude. We discussed our monthly payment and agreed upon a cost, and it was not until we were signing the actual lease agreement with a 3rd person that we realized the monthly amount we agreed upon was for a 4-year lease, not 3-year lease which we had wanted. We went ahead with the deal anyway, but have a sour taste about the financial manager and feel he was not upfront or forthcoming. More

Sam went out of his way to ease my stress and was essential in helping me find the perfect car for me. Trust me folks this man ran all over making sure I got exactly what I wanted, all the while making sure I was comfortable while he was doing it. I lost two pounds just watching him. When all the paperwork was done Tara came out to teach me about all the new technology. I think she spent more than an hour showing me what each button, dial and flywheel did. Making sure that I understood each gadget before moving to the next one. Then I went back the next day with questions (mostly stuff she had told me that I had forgotten) and she probably spent another hour or more teaching me about my new car. Seriously this is probably the nicest car the bank and I have ever owned. Ok maybe not the bank, but definitely me. Thank you all for making this purchase a pleasure! More
